Our Fat Loss menu is designed by our team of certified nutritionists and professional chefs. Each calorie-controlled, balanced meal contains the necessary nutrients to maintain your health while helping you to achieve your fitness goals without feeling hungry.

Fat Loss - 5 days/ week

The fat loss menu is available in options of 1300 – 1900kcal, with breakdown of macronutrients as followed:
55-60% carbohydrates, 20% protein and 20-25% fat

**1500 kcal meals include one snack. Any meals over 1,700 kcal include two snacks**

*5-day plans will be delivered on Monday-Friday only (no delivery on public holdiay).

We are also able to provide evening delivery (starting from 5:30 pm) so you can have your meals the day before if you find this alternative more convenient for you.

We are flexible on delivery. You can choose to have 3 days in one week and the remaining 2 days the week after. Simply state the dates in the remarks before you check out.
